Emily started her real estate career after high school and attained an affiliate broker’s license while completing her bachelors degree in business at Lipscomb University. Investing in real estate became a quick passion, purchasing her first property at 19 and going on to invest in the condo and housing market in Nashville over the next 15 years.

John’s career in real estate began after graduating from the University of Mississippi in 2008 with a B.B.A. in real estate, finance, and a minor in risk management. His experience is business development both in the healthcare industry and the real estate industry led to him forming his own real estate investment group and operating several successful short term rental properties.

In 2014, Emily began managing and operating her own short term rentals and met John shortly after. Their passion for investing in real estate and for the short term rental industry developed into the investment and management companies Stewart White LLC and Visit Nashville Now.

Emily and John are both licensed affiliate brokers with Village Real Estate. They share their expertise in the Nashville real estate market with current and prospective investors. They offer investors a full circle approach to locating and purchasing investment property, full service management and design, and real estate consulting.
